Before

Devim’s portfolio needed a second FinTech brand for a segment with higher UX expectations.

The task

Build a product from scratch — from tone of voice to the final screens.

What I did

Ran competitor analysis and design sprints. Built the visual language. Designed the full flow: application → scoring → disbursement → portal → push communication.

Result

The product launched from scratch and reached a steady stream of applications a day. It became a pilot for new UX approaches.
