Before
An MTS high-precision geolocation B2B service heading to market. Several industry landing pages, a client portal, a partner CRM, an equipment back office. The only designer on a 20-person team.
The task
Refine the backlog and prepare a complex product for release — without quality loss at the seams between departments.
What I did
Ran a full product audit in 2 weeks → a prioritised backlog. Initiated a usability test of a key feature before development started. Took on the Scrum master role to sync the team.
Result
−30% design defects at release. The usability test showed a feature wasn’t needed → ~a month of development saved. +20% sprint task completion as Scrum master.
